Three entry packages for full 7-day 2011:
BRONZE: £410 per rider
SILVER: £510 per rider
GOLD: £610 per rider

Three entry packages for ‘Mini’ 2011:
13th – 16th August 2011 (3 day event)
BRONZE (including transfer back to your car): £185
SILVER (including transfer back to your car): £225
GOLD (including transfer back to your car): £270

17th – 20th August 2011 (4 day event)
BRONZE (including transfer back to your car): £245
SILVER (including transfer back to your car): £305
GOLD (including transfer back to your car): £360

Prologue Marathon:
13th August 2011
Free for all GORE BIKE WEAR™ TransWales participants
£25 for all non-TransWales riders (see separate entry form)

There is also a ‘food only’ ticket for service crews for a price of £125 for the duration of the event. The tickets can be purchased at registration on the 13th August 2011.

Below you will find two different ways to enter the GORE BIKE WEAR™ TransWales 2011 powered by Mercedes-Benz Vito Sport.

1a. You can download an entry form for the GORE BIKE WEAR™ TransWales 2011 HERE >>. Please fill in the form and send it together with your cheque to our address on the entry form). Once we have received both we will send you confirmation by email or post. Please make sure you read and understand the event declaration and that you fill in all the details. Please also make sure that you give us a contact telephone number (if possible your personal mobile) and a correct and legible email address.

1b. You can download an entry form for the GORE BIKE WEAR™ Prologue Marathon 2011 HERE >>. Please fill in the form and send it together with your cheque to our address on the entry form). Once we have received both we will send you confirmation by email or post. Please make sure you read and understand the event declaration and that you fill in all the details. Please also make sure that you give us a contact telephone number (if possible your personal mobile) and a correct and legible email address.

2. You can enter and pay via our secure online entry facility. Simply click on the online entry button below and follow the instructions on screen. Please check the declaration below before clicking through to the online entry. You can pay with credit or debit cards. If you are unsure about the online entry or if you have any problems, please contact us: info@mtbtransuk.co.uk. If you have paid your deposit by cheque, you can pay the remaining amount through our secure online entry system.
NB. Online entry for the Prologue Marathon will be available soon.

NOTE: Please make sure you read and understand the event declaration. By clicking through to the online entry you accept the declaration and the terms and conditions/rules of the event. Please make sure that you read all the instructions on the ‘online entry’ page before you start the entry process.

Declaration:
I hereby apply to participate in the GORE BIKE WEAR™ TransWales 2011 – 7 day MTB challenge / prologue marathon held between 13th – 20th August 2011 across Wales. I accept and agree that neither the Organisers, nor their agent, Officials, the Landowner, Sponsors and fellow riders shall be liable in any way, or in any circumstances for any damage, injury or loss to me or to my party that may occur during, in connection with, or as a result of taking part in the event(s). I understand to abide by the rules of the promoter. I agree that I participate in the event entirely at my own risk, that I am of sound mind and body, that I will ride within my capabilities and that the bike I will ride in the event(s) is in good working order and properly maintained. And, that I have read and understood the rules and regulations of the event (available as download from {INSERT NEW HYPERLINK}). We will not be held responsible if you ignore these simple guidelines. Only after we have received entry form and deposit will we be able to confirm your entry by returning your confirmation email. If you are only paying the £100 deposit, the balance outstanding balance is due before the 1st June 2011 (bank transfer is also possible – please ask for details).

Please also make sure that you give us a contact telephone number (if possible your personal mobile – also important for the event itself) and a correct and legible email address.

TransWales entry cancellation:
The £100 deposit is not refundable but an entry is transferable to another rider up to the day of registration. Further cancellation fees applies:
During the last four weeks before the start => only 50% of the total entry fee will be returned. During the last week before the event => no refund will be returned
