Only a little less than two months to go before the GORE BIKE WEAR™ TransWales ’09 will kick of at White House Farm in Builth Wells on the 15th August 2009.
Entries
We are still receiving entries from all over the world and even with the final payment being now due we are still keeping the entry open so that even for the people who are forced to make our event a more ‘last minute decision’ can enter.
So there are still lots of team and solo places available. So if you are up for the biggest mountain bike challenge the UK has to offer than wait no longer and get your entry in to us.
There are two ways of entering the GORE BIKE WEAR™ TransWales – you can either download an entry form from our entry page and send it through to us together with your payment or you can use the new online entry which you can find on the same page. Our online entry accepts all debit and credit cards making it super quick and trouble free. If you have already paid your deposit by cheque but want to pay the remaining entry fee via credit or debit card simply go on the entry page and click through to the ‘pay your outstanding balance’ button. If you have not entered yet please the pay the entire event in one go. If you are struggling with that and want to enter please get in touch with us.
Final payment – now due
If you have entered already please make sure you pay the remaining amount straight away as it is due now. If you have difficulties paying in time please let us know via email to this address. If you require ‘food only’ vouchers for your supporters please drop us an email so that we can calculate that in. There is no need to pay them in advance – you can do that when you sign on in Builth Wells.
You can either pay the final payment by cheque, bank transfer or via our online entry system. If you have already paid your deposit by cheque but want to pay the remaining entry fee via credit or debit card simply go on the entry page and click through to the ‘pay your outstanding balance’ button. If you need the details please get in touch with us by sending an email to this address.
