What a week.
It has been really great for us and we hope that was enjoyable for everybody taking part. We have just about made it home and are now back in marathon mode but before we disappear from the TransUK business for a few weeks we would like to send a few words out.

A Big Thanks!
We would like to thank everybody involved for their help and support in particular our sponsors Chain Reaction Cycles, Merida Bikes, High5, Buff, Gore, Our Scottish Border, BeOne, Mercedes Benz Vans, What Mountain Bikes (for the drinks), Schwalbe, the Mix, the Forestry Commission and the 7Stanes. Only with their help we were able to put this together. Besides that I would like to thank our team again who did a fantastic job throughout the week and finally a big thanks goes out to you the riders and made the event as special as last year’s TransWales.

Most likely you have seen the enormous amount of web coverage already but in case you haven’t make sure you check out the following websites: www.cyclingnews.com, www.mbaction.com, www.ctc.org.uk, www.singletrackworld.com, www.bikemagic.com, www.mbuk.com, www.whatmtb.com, www.shecycles.com, www.chainreactioncycles.com, http://mountainbikingnews.com, www.velonorth.ca, www.grindtv.com, www.actionsportlist.com, www.dirtbiking.info, www.altavista.com, www.xcracer.com and www.mtbtransuk.co.uk. You never know you might find a nice picture or/and a mentioning of yourself on there. Big thanks to our travelling writer Matt Skinner.

Photos from the event
Talking about photos, our marathon photographer Jon Brook was out on course for a few days and managed to take pictures of pretty much everybody out there. To check the photos go to http://sleepmonsters.co.uk/photoshop.php
